Build quality into the process.
Cleanroom management, batch testing, and sample retention tracking form the three critical gates before product release.
- Cleanliness Grade
- 10-level GMP
- System Certification
- ISO 22716
- Traceability Method
- Batch Number + Retained Sample

How to operate the 10 ten-thousand-level GMP cleanroom
Cleanliness management isn't just a sign on the wall—it's daily zoning, gowning, cleaning, and documentation.
- Zone Management: Physical separation between clean and non-clean areas; distinct personnel and material flow paths.
- Dressing and Disinfection: Enter the clean area after donning protective clothing, washing hands, and disinfecting according to procedures.
- Environment Maintenance: Clean and record per schedule; maintain temperature, humidity, and cleanliness.
- Material Flow: Packaging materials and bulk transfer according to process flow to minimize cross-contamination risks.
Certification & Qualifications
Project-specific documentation availableISO 22716
Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Certification
Cosmetic Production License
Organizing certificate information; available on request.
GMPC System Documents
System documentation is being organized and can be provided upon request.
Third-party test report
Generate reports by product and project
Five-node approval, batch-by-batch confirmation
Sample and record at every stage from raw materials to shipment; trace back by batch when anomalies occur.
Sample Retention & Traceability
Retain samples for each batch, ensuring the batch number corresponds precisely to the material, packaging, and production records. This enables rapid identification of specific batches and production periods when customer issues arise.
- 01
Raw Material Inbound Inspection
Verify batch number, appearance, and accompanying documents; sample and retain samples according to sampling rules.
- 02
Semi-finished Product Inspection
Confirm base indicators such as appearance, odor, pH, and viscosity before proceeding to filling.
- 03
In-process inspection during filling
Check net content, sealing, and label placement by shift; stop immediately to verify any anomalies.
- 04
Finished Product Microbiological and Physicochemical Testing
Samples are tested by batch; shipment is released only after results are archived.
- 05
Sample Retention and Batch Traceability
Retain samples per batch to trace materials, packaging, and production records via batch number.
